The AALL Awareness Committee sets aside funding for programs to use in achieving its goal of increasing support for adult basic education with policy makers, the community, and businesses. We support strategic awareness raising activities, leadership training, and ambassadorship at the local, state, and national levels such as:

• Open House or other Local Community Event
• Field Trips to local and state government offices
• Local & Statewide Ambassador trainings in Arizona
• Student & Staff participation in state and national conferences
• Literacy week and other awareness raising activities
