The AALL Awareness Committee’s purpose is to increase awareness of adult education with policymakers, the community and businesses by supporting strategic awareness raising, civic engagement, leadership development, and student ambassador training.
Objective: Raising public awareness about the value of adult education as a part of workforce investment through relationship building, student voice, and leadership development.
We believe awareness building & leadership development are crucial to AALL’s Mission & Vision:
AALL strives to improve opportunities for educational growth by promoting and inspiring lifelong learning and adult literacy in Arizona.
Another important objective for sustaining awareness about adult education is the recognition of community leaders, officials, staff and students who support and actively engage in advocacy and awareness.
